- Robust capacity. We consistently maintain line capacity at less than 20% of maximum so that we can easily handle call surges generated by direct response promotions, as well as other peak volume activity
- Seamless routing. USA 800 employs a sophisticated routing platform, which allows us to manage call traffic between call centers in real time through a Windows-based interface.
